I thought he leaned against us last night, but not on the three seconds talk. Sanogo was allowed to stay in the lane as long as he wanted without any ref saying anything ever. And there were possessions where he stayed in the lane for at least double the legal limit.

Between Donny and the other guy's mediocre call of the game and the scoreboard on the broadcast occasionally adding the points scored one by one instead of in 2's and 3's gave me old school high school basketball broadcasts.

Donny is doing a lot of games. He has done a lot of PC games. I do think he tries to be neutral, but I feel he is always impressed by UConn and expects them to do well and win.

I like him and am happy to see him do our games. He does say some crazy , but he probably feels he has to talk......

Absolutely brutal from the Hawk kick to DC allegedly not being fouled, the “let them play” comment, and the comment regarding our bench on the court

You’d think he went to PC

Donny was great last night... Fact is he's a UConn MBB icon... Will always be... True fans understand this... He will be impartial.. Did/Does a great job holding back... He clearly wants his alma mater to succeed, but you can hear how wants us to earn it... Love the guy's assessments last night... along with other games that he's called.... UConn fam 4 life..

To all the overanalytical folks on here, stop the hating.. embrace what's going on...

I’m convinced they eliminated 3 seconds and just didn’t tell anyone. Adama definitely gets away with it but so did Croswell, and Nunge, and Dixon and everyone else

its ridiculous to the point i looked for his twitter handle this AM to ask him what his deal is. Last 2 games were called so lopsided against his alma mater, you think he would speak up. If our games continue to be officiated like the last 2, we wont win too many conference games. All of a sudden the #2 team in the country is just a bunch of hackers huh Big East officials??? ok sure..

Bringing up Hawkins kicking his legs when he got ran into was pretty bad.
Especially as the defender's face ended up in Jordan's midsection while neither leg touched the defender.

I don't know what the motivation is but the couple of times I've heard him on UConn games this season he sounds like a homer for the opponent.

Oh, well if true fans understand it…
I'm curious as to where casual fans fall in this instance.

BTW... I think your period key is stuck. ;)

a. donny is paid to be a college hoop analyst. his livelihood depends on being perceived by the audience as 'not a homer.' i did not hear his call on this game as i was busy being called out by the crowd around me at the game. that's their right as they paid their money, and were there to do exactly just that -yell at everything and everyone.
b. the vitriole, anger, bile, agita, and conspiracy talk here has gone so far off the deep end, that now, some of youse are trying to eat our own.
bon appetit! here, have some pepto, youse gonna need it. some rock person once said 'don't eat yellow snow.' tru dat.

On a plane flying to Florida, and I unplugged the ear phones on Donny. Horrible call of the game early on. Instead of pointing out the totally obvious blown call on Sanogo, he's knocking Sanogo's decision.

Sniff a clue Donny
