Men Dom Amore: How Ian Cooke re-committed, and rediscovered his mojo for NCAA-bound UConn baseball

Thanks for posting good article. Cookie needs to bring it tomorrow. Cause for concern is Duke is top 15 team in country in HRs. Usually HR hitting teams are good fastball hitting teams. Location of fastball a key and throwing breaking stuff for strikes early in counts. Another tell with cookie is the pace he’s working at….faster the better. As always we’ll see what happens.

agree. if he's 1-0, 2-0 all day it will be a tough day. Need St. John's Cooke!!

Good article but states Duke is 39-1 but they are actually 39-18.

Cooke always seemed very confident to me as a freshman. Wasn’t he the one giving Maryland fans grief for chirping? Glad to see he has regained that.

Someone needs to show Cooke this. Locating the pitch where you want it is immensely more important than a little added velocity.
