does the ACC have options with ND

at this point, are ND and the ACC locked at the hip?
if the ACC decided they had buyer's remorse and wanted ND as a full member or out, can they vote on that?
As we've seen, everything can be negotiated, but how hard would it be. I'm think that the ACC, while not fully invested in this arrangement yet, might say they've had a change of heart. What is the risk to the ACC? If ND pulls out, which everyone knows they will when they have a better option, what is the worst that happens to the ACC?

At this point the only option (in terms of ND) the ACC has is to ask ND if they'll be kind enough to use a lubricant.
