I know its a small sample size and we haven't seen him in practice but... His pass attempts have looked look weak, inaccurate and just plain awful. It's almost like he simply can't throw the ball.

I don't mind giving him a play or even a series here and there as a wrinkle. I think it's a good idea. But I remember watching his videos from high school and Oregon practice. His arm bears no resemblance to those videos.

What is wrong with him? Will it ever heal?

I hate to say it but he can't throw at all. Very sad because he had a very strong arm in high school.

The shoulder is a very complex mechanism. Depends of what he had done. I saw him throw only once in the CCSU game. He zipped it out of bounds deliberately and looked OK doing it. Thought he would draw a penalty, but no. Suspect we will find out after the season.

What’s sad is that because he has better awareness he can still throw downfield better than the guy who is starting.

Yup- if he cant throw he needs to change positions. Waste of a scholarship otherwise.

If he is having a shoulder problem, it might affect his ability to reach with his arms to make effective catches.

I am no athlete, but my shoulder problems impact my ability to reach for objects both directly up to get something from a shelf and to reach forward to grab an object.

Maybe the orthos on the Yard can share their thoughts with us.

Definitely could be the case. If it is, put him on medical hardship and use the scholly elsewhere. Ain’t no charity.

The opposing team knows he cannot throw and when he comes in now any semblance of surprise is gone. Hence he is getting stuffed now. Might as well let Rosa take direct snaps.

Yet he led the Huskies on their only TD drive in the past two games. Hhhmmmmm.

Palatine so desperately wants to see Millen start ahead of Zion lol.

Wow, you think can read minds. But if you could read minds why hang around the BY? Go make a fortune. I'm very impressed.

If you could really read minds and weren't just delussional, you would know what I want. I've posted it many times. I want production. And if the starter at any position isn't producing then give someone else a chance.

Millen’s pass today against Fresno, though out of bounds, looked much better. His shoulder must be improving. Things looking up for the QB back up.
