Just curious if anyone knows did Uconn take the bus back to Storr's last night seeing it's only an hour and a half ride or so? That way they can sleep in their own beds and have the afternoon today to watch film etc. and drive back later today or do they just stay 2 nights in Bridgeport

That's a great question that my wife and I were ruminating over yesterday. My guess is the team stays in Bridgeport the whole time as they live for routines and the typical tournament routine is based on living out of your hotel. I'm sure some on the BY know the answer and we will find out soon

In past years in Bridgeport, after a Sweet 16 game in the afternoon, I have seen Geno out to dinner at a really nice Italian restaurant that night. Obviously he and the team stayed in town, which I expect is what they are doing this weekend.

It also prepares the team for the exact same routine they will follow at the FF, which they will advance to for the 14th time in a row should they beat NC St tomorrow night.

It is Geno’s routine to be sure. I also ran into him at a really nice Italian restaurant in Albany NY at dinner after a Sweet 16 game at the XL Center.

Come to think of it, I guess it’s my routine as well.
