'Do Your Job' is Mentality of Program in 2017

When the best coach in the world uses this approach with professionals to great success, I think it's pretty smart to copy it. It has even more relevance for the college player that may be prone to try to do it all themselves.

For some reason I don't think this statement was ever a part of what were trying to do the past 3 years:

"...Everyone needs to know that they are all one play away from getting in there and playing. They need to prepare that way in meetings, in the weight room and when they go to practice. Play with that speed and intensity that will then carry over to game day...”

Down right refreshing.

This is what I like about Edsall. No fishcakes and Batman and key subs and non-key starters. If everybody does his job, from starter to backup to scout team we have a chance to be something. For. 3 years we've been listening to all kinds of sunshine but never that. Welcome home Randy.
