do other stadiums mic the band during games?

I don't mind the music although 'welcome to the jungle' every third down is getting stale. would be cool if the band was given more of an opportunity to amp the crowd. Maybe split the quarters between the band and music.

the music definitely gives it a 'pro' atmosphere as opposed to college game-day. Like I said, I don't mind the music but the band could be better utilized during the game.

The band leader needs to pay attention to the hurry up and shut them down sooner. Whitmer's at the line calling plays and the band is still playing, even after the snap a few times.

Micing the band is very tricky. It requires extreme audio balancing, otherwise you hear only drums or trumpets etc.-- it's not easy. But nevertheless, it could be improved.
