He seems to be on track to be a college head coach in the future. He is really putting his career on a solid foundation.
 
Congratulations to the young man for the move up. By all reports about him, he will succeed in whatever he sets his mind on accomplishing.

(Well, as long as turnovers aren't a problem!)
 
Definitely on the coaching fast track. Maybe one day he can be the HC at his school.

You are right though - to a certain extent, nowhere better to learn how to keep your nose clean, and learn the ropes, than where the envelope gets pushed daily.

Coincidence that it's Miami that hired the guy who was suspended for cheating as a high school coach?
 
Growing up with DJ it's great to see him moving forward in his coaching career.
