CI Mid-major poll has James Madison number one and Albany number three this week after they upset UCLA and Penn State, respectively.
My guests on this week's podcast are Albany coach Katie Abrahamson-Henderson and JMU's Kenny Brooks. Both are racking up honors, awards, and conference championships. A Connecticut feel to both teams too, with Albany featuring Sarah Royals, JMU with Lady Okafor plus Ashley Perez at midseason.
