I noticed in ESPN's pre-game interview with Walz that his stutter was more noticeable. Now, I am not so afflicted nor are any of my family members, but I have always heard that stress, fear, anger and being nervous can make someone's stutter much worse.
If this is true, then he was more nervous before this game than any other in the tournament. If his players picked up on his nervousness could it have impacted their composure and made them less confident?
