Yes. He was in on the last play of UCF first scoring drive. I am rewatching the game.

Looks to me like Uconn was in their nickel package most of the game so that Kyle Williams was playing instead of Ryan Gilmartin. It probably was the right move by our DC even though we still couldn't stop UCF's offense.
