No longer on WTIC-AM radio listeners can hear Mike Crispino on something called i-Heart Media. Also on ESPN 97.9.

Anyone hear him?

In other news, Pompeii buried in ash.

Nice to see you rejoined us amongst the living, Dove. Shut up.

I heard Crispino filling in on one of the jazz shows on WWUH @ UofH this week. Volunterring back where he started his career.

I was on the train so I had to listen on Tune In - he did a nice job. I liked Joe D for hoops (not so much for football) but I was fine. Keeping Wayne on helps with continuity.

In my opinion Crispino is 100x the announcer that Joe D is. I know change is hard, but my guess is by the end of the season people will prefer Crispino to Joe D. Personally, there’s less chance of me having a heart attack listening to Crispino. He’s not going to whine at the top of his lungs about some foul call when one of the teams playing is up by 20 points, so that right there is an improvement in my opinion.

I listed to the first 12 minutes of the second half, I actually wasn't a big fan. I felt his call was frequently well behind the play as it occurred. He obviously knows his stuff, but it was difficult to follow at times as his call was often catching up to the play that occurred 5 seconds prior.
