My brother in law said it perfectly today. Some good coordinators don't make good head coaches.

Diaco was a terrific DC but he will never be a good head coach. Unless he goes somewhere with much more talent and he hires a high octane OC that he trusts.

He has peaked as a head coach at UConn.
