Devolution of LeBron

Again I am the representation of the evidently minuscule population of LeBron fans on this site.

Jordan earned his calls, as does every star. Jordan also had a ref come up to him and ask if he thought there was a foul, and when Jordan disagreed with the decision, the ref apologized. Let’s not act like Jordan had it so hard.

In LeBron’s prime he would consistently not get calls because he was bigger, stronger and faster and finished through contact so easily it looked like there was no contact. I remember reading an article (I will try to find it at some point) about the fouls drawn per drive (or something along those lines) when LeBron was in his prime. He was significantly lower than expected. This idea that LeBron has had incredibly preferential treatment from refs his whole career is built more on disdain for the guy than actual evidence.
The mindset of people who hate LeBron ultimately boils way, deep down, to a “shut up and dribble” mentality. MJ was great, shut up and dribbled, and sold lots of shoes. LeBron was great, and didn’t stay socially quiet with his platform.

It was a flop but there was contact, the rolling around was him playing around, it's impossible to tell from the clip why he was laughing, it's from last season, and the dude is still playing high-level basketball at FORTY.

I still think Jordan was the GOAT but the LeBron hate is ridiculous. IMO, LeBron >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Kobe. Better player, better teammate.
