I support playing HBCUs, but Delaware State is perennially one of the worst teams in the nation.

At the very least, Stone and Staten are a good inside/out duo. Honestly, Stone might be the best big Sanogo has had to play against so far and it’ll be good to see him play against a stretch big with size.

Overall, good size, especially at the forward position means good preparation for Oregon who play 42% of their minutes with two 6'11+ forwards, but it Dante, Ware or Bittle, with both Ware and Bittle being excellent shooters.

Aside from that, this game doesn’t inspire me much, so that’s all I got.

This should be a game where everyone plays. The starters work on a few plays. And we learn how good their focus is. A clean gsame would be a good sign.

Appreciate the point about Oregon and their bigs. Figure this is a great opportunity for Donovan to get some more minutes of live action; we are gonna need his size.

Their backup PG Corey Perkins has some of the worst stats I've ever seen. It might be better to play 4v5 than play him.

UNC-Wilmington also hung with "#1" UNC the entire game and we dismantled them by 40 lol

But we were fairly awful for the first 13-14 minutes outhustled and beaten on the boards. Let’s see these guys come out inspired from the get go and show who they are to De St..Dan Hurley has had some slow start teams hoping this one, especially with the upgrade of talent doesn’t find that pattern. Get in their face from the get go!

I really don’t think that’s the case this year, and if anything we’ve been getting off to hot starts in our first 3 games except for last night. I blame it on the 8:30pm start. We haven’t played that many late gampel games like that.

A back up PG averaging 2points, 1.5 rebounds and 3.8 assists is some of the worst you've seen?

Sanogo's first game against a team of 6'8 forwards. I fully expect him to rip Stone apart, but this will at least give him some minutes against a big body.

Not that he'll need it, since he plays against Clingan in practice. But it's hard to come up with other that playing one of the worst teams in D1 could help refine us.

Maybe let Andre take some shots to see how it looks?
Let Richie Springs go off for 20/10?

20-2 start vs BU wasn’t good enough?
