This game was closer than it should have been, mainly because missed shots, shots that we usually make to a much higher percentage, weren't falling. That was probably a case of nerves in a very hyped game in a hostile arena. But, at the end of the day, despite a few inexplicable lapses, we won the game the way we usually do....on the defensive end. Teams can slice this any way they want, but it's hard to win many big games scoring 55 points, or, to put it more succinctly, we will not lose ANY game this year in which an opponent is held to that number or fewer...period. Lots of players made big contributions on D, but none more than the individual emerging as our most consistently dependable aggression machine, MoJeff!

Baylor was held to 55 points, a season low. The previous season low was 75.

Uconn was held to 66 points. A season low. The previous season low was ...67.

Just a couple more finishes, and the final score is like the Maryland game.
