Other than the ability to get a push on the line and shed blockers (while big in of itself) I don't see anything else on D that isn't fixable.

Tackling, keeping assignments, and eye discipline can be corrected in short order if the players haven't tuned out the coaches (another big if).

The short yardage D early, was noticeably good. Outside contain, not so much, again.

I advocate for free substitutions in the front 7 until someone steps up.

I can live with the secondary and their growing pains.
 
There's a reason the defense has sucked lately. Apparently PP has taken over the defense unofficially, in practice and during the games. That would explain the white board sessions PP was having during the game with the LB's and CB's.

That would make sense since we are hearing PP has had conflicts with Weist.

PP is a desperate man.

Too bad being desperate will turn into a spot on the unemployment line for him
 
Whether he is a good coach or not, P has lost this team AND the coaches. If you saw HH on the Blitz it told you the whole story. Just waiting for the shoe to drop. Too bad. Sword of Damocles hanging over everybody's head.
