This is a complete team.

Sanogo and Hawkins were non-factors tonight, and we still won comfortably.

3 nights ago we set the record for most 3s made.

2 nights ago, Sanogo feasted.

Tonight, Clingan was a beast with AJax.

Karaban is contributing in various ways.

Newton had a triple dub the other week.

Defense has been consistently stifling.

Rebounding has been strong (exceptional tonight).

This team is balanced and deep, with different options that can exploit any opponent. Do they have any weaknesses? Hard not to be very excited... this group feels really special.

If you want to nitpick, free throws and turnovers should be areas of emphasis. But overall there can't be a person on this message board who isn't thrilled.

Turnovers definitely, but we're shooting 74% on FTs. That's gonna be a big strength of this team

Anytime this team shows up and plays defense the way they are capable of, they are going to be in the game in the end. Depth is important because it keeps guys fresh, but it also lets you have 'other' answers on a night like tonight when Hawkins was pretty much absent and Sanogo was 'meh'. Alleyne is still struggling, but I think he'll come along soon. Depth gives you more bullets in the chamber.

I said in the chat during the game and I think others have said it here as well, but Newton has an old man's game. Even when he's not scoring and getting the assist himself, he seems to have a calming influence on the offense and does not let the team get out of temp much.
