Is it highly likely the SEC and Big 12
cannibalize themselves in conference play?
I don’t care if the sec gets 13 bids im more worried about them getting 6 teams in the top 3 seeds. So hopefully those 6 teams (Auburn/Tenn/UK/Bama/UF/A&M) rack up a lot of Ls between them and don’t separate themselves from the rest of the conference

There are a few long time yarders who will appreciate this Syracusefan.com post. One of my all time best trolls still lives on two decades later.

The kid Ace Bailey from Rutgers is absolutely a ridiculous player.....
making some ridiculous shots but that stretch missing 3 FTs in a row might have killed their chances

He makes 0 other players better, but he can put the ball in the bucket in ways most people can't on moderate efficiency.

They will most likely miss the tournament and the kid will be a lottery pick.
Maybe a player like that doesn't want to play with a great college team because he won't be able to dominate the game

Ace Bailey was awesome to watch tonight. He has plenty of flaws in his game, but he makes some crazy shots. They’re just not good enough, especially without Harper.

Oregon going down tonight should help our return to the top 10 next week, barring some kind of FUBAR on Sunday.

I can’t remember a team where the talent level difference between the top two guys and everyone else was this great. Two absolute lottery studs leading a roster of other guys that would be a mediocre mid major team. Harper and Bailey will get what they want out of it and Pikiell will get to point to them as NBA successes he coached I guess.
