Please tell your superstar Ward, that he must fire his football coach tonight or he will be fired for mismanagement!

I think Jack Cochrane is available. He and some volunteers might be an upgrade.

I'm not renewing for next year. I'll buy a ticket or two if there is a game I am interested in. My wife literally all over me asking how I can pay money to watch this crap. She said she'd rather see us pay the money for UConn Hockey.

Every time in the last three years the opposition completes a big pass, Taylor Mack is the guy who gets beat. Look it up on YouTube! He s horrible.

my sister just texted me from the game (i'm in maryland), "it's so embarassing that i don't think i can ever come back here." FIRE EVERYONE

Most of the board was saying you can't fire him during the season last year, then they said you need to give him another year and let him bring in his own recruits, well anyone who knows football watched PP last year and could tell he was completely done being a head football coach, it is an absolute disgrace what has happened to this program. Anymore sitting around and waiting to fire this guy just sets us back more years, he should be fired immediately. The team is completely unprepared in all aspects and don't give me that garbage that we don't have the players, any coach could do some good things with these players. If change isn't made immediately things will get much worse and the fan base will be completely lost, things are way too important now with conference realignment to be dilly dallying with this decision, immediate action needs to take place.

If Ward Manual does not act, the fan base will - it will disappear as will the financial support it brings.

There is no excuse for what Uconn exhibited on the field tonight. The person responsible is Pasqualoni, the head coach.

Pasqualoni must be fired immediately along with George DeLeone and possibly the defensive coordinator.

My letter to Suzy:

President Herbst-

Normally a university president shouldn't concern herself with athletic team performances on any individual game.

Tonight's game was the exception.

The Athletic Director last year evaluated the football team's staff and chose to retain most of it. This was after back to back losing seasons which was something Uconn hadn't experienced in over a decade.

I realize athletics are a small part of a university's overall profile but it is one of the most visible. And what the country sees when they see Uconn football is lackluster, indifference and less than mediocrity.

As a president no one expects you to anticipate and head off every problem. However dealing with problems after they arise is well within the scope of your job.

Fire the coach or the AD or both.

They have consistently embarrassed the students, staff and alumni of Uconn and have embarrassed the residents of the states.

The athletes who chose to accept a scholarship to Uconn and choose to wear the Uconn jersey to represent all things Connecticut deserve better. The time, energy and sacrifices they make doesn't correlate to the looks on their faces or their body language.

Completely embarrassed to be a Uconn fan.

What are you going to do about it?

Last year I could see some value in being diplomatic about the situation and even pragmatic. That ship just sailed and hit about 5 icebergs. Our program is in jeopardy and it's bound to have a negative impact on the university. We need to make a change.

ROME IS BURNING!!!
