Young, still raw, still learning the 4 position, still understanding his potential, did I say young. He was not a one and done recruit, and he's better this year than last, will be better next year and in year 4 he will be ready. He's contributing which is the positive, and trying 'to fit in'. We are a guard oriented team which hurts DD's development somewhat.
I see a kid that doesn't have the light switch progression but methodical. The worst thing that happened to him was our MSU game when he hit all those 3s. He began orienting to the perimeter. He's corrected that somewhat but he is still developing. Loads of patience with him, as he is still in school (pun intended).
He'll figure it out next year.
