Sent my season ticket-holder - not happy email to Warde. Expected perfunctory response. But no response as of day 3, not even the usual "thank for contacting us and we appreciate your concern, fecundity off."
Totally classless organization, incapable of performing basic customer relations. These guys are either in total denial, have complete disregard for its paying supporters, or are just plain clueless. Warde officially enters my listbof over-paid State incompetents list.
Im convinced these guys would f' up their own funeral.
For the Taliban defenders of the faith - no, I don't expect a personal response. Yes, we all know how busy and important he is. But, I do expect basic blocking and tackling with a customer relations program to acknowledge contacts like any other serious organization.
