Unnecessary. And as an African American, I’m actually offended.
You should’ve kept this entire post in your drafts.

The Knicks fans on Reddit I've seen seem generally supportive of the ideaGuessing you haven't seen the memes and videos about the topic on social media at the expense of the Knicks front office. Some of them have been pretty entertaining.![]()
Because of the possibility she might actually say yes?The Knicks fans on Reddit I've seen seem generally supportive of the idea
I wasn't referring to Staley specifically, but how some are making skits mocking how the Knicks coaching search has been going. The Knicks fans on Reddit I've seen seem generally supportive of the idea
Per ESPN:
[Mike] Brown was the only coaching candidate to interview for the Knicks' job multiple times, including holding meetings with Rose, the team's front office and owner James Dolan on Tuesday, sources said.
The Knicks also interviewed former Memphis Grizzlies coach Taylor Jenkins, New Orleans Pelicans associate coach James Borrego and Minnesota Timberwolves assistant Micah Nori, sources said.
Did the Knicks contact Staley only to be turned down? Was it to gauge interest or to request a formal interview?
Did Staley reject New York's overtures, or did the Knicks just move ahead with former NBA head coaches and current NBA assistants?
I have so many questions!
