A little surprised that Stanford had three players on the list. Stanford and Maryland are the only two teams with three players on the list.
I'm surprised you caught that. The Terps are starting to look really good. Congrats! I suppose that UConn with only one will be down and out in a couple of years, eh?

The McDonald's game might be a pretty good one this year ...and we'll all be watching to check out our future competition.

Very surprised. Those 3 are not that highly rated. #25, #34 and #40 overall.

Maryland next year will have 6 McD AAs along with Walker-Kimbrough and Jones.

Notre Dame will have 8 McDonald's All Americans next season. That is insane.

McDonalds All Americans from 2012 . Most are seniors now. I only listed their career ppg
Sometimes you get a top scoring player, sometimes, for numerous reasons you dont. Of course many of these young ladies offer more to a team than just points, assists, rebounds, leadership, etc.

9 if Reimer comes back!

One can only hope! Would love to see her back with Brianna Turner, Kat Westbeld and the incoming Erin Boley, but mostly want to see Taya happy.

That sounds like Duke for most of the past 8 years--when they went to ZERO Final Fours.
The big difference there is the coaching. After this season UConn will come back to earth, which should make things very competitive among the top 10 teams going forward.

And Louisville will only have 7 McDonald's All Americans. I hope we'll also be in the picture next season.

The seven:Moore, Hines-Allen, Durr, Cole, Fuehring, Shook and Johnson.

I was mentioning this when I was talking about WCBB to someone earlier this morning. 2 for 2014, 3 for 2015 and 2 for 2016. A lot of people are sleeping on the Cards. Looks like they are making a move with Asia Durr getting closer and closer to 100%. This is one team I do not want to play in the tournament.
