Dan Toscano has been named the new chairman of UConn Board of Trustees. He has volunteered extensively for UConn fundraising. He graduated from UConn and UPenn's Wharton School. He is prominent in financial services. Sounds impressive. Hope he realizes the importance of football. And hope he has as a long-term goal getting UConn in a Power 5 conference and joining the Association of American Universities -- a near requirement for the B10. Better than Tom Ritter.
