"Hey guys, it's been a while since my last post on Facebook. I've been a little lost in the world of social media, lol. The last few weeks I was mainly focusing on the Dominican Republic National Basketball Team, which was a great experience, plus I got to do some traveling. Now I'm back home in Detroit, working out twice a day, trying to get right. Lately I've been working out mostly with Ben Gordon & Jonas Jerebko, plus a few other local guys. It's been valuable and effective. BG home gym is crazy! This NBA Lockout situation is no fun, I just would like to get this whole thing behind us so we can simply go back to basketball.
