Creighton game now 12p on 1/23

That's 11am local time there. I hope they are ready to play early.

I will need to watch it later on DVR.

Base off their college football window "Big Noon Kickoff" FOX tends to put its biggest game at noon. As I said in another thread, UConn at Creighton replaces Illinois at Michigan State. Followed by Providence at Villanova and UCLA at Stanford.

Big East and Fox > AAC and ESPN+

PS: UCONN Renaissance is just beginning my friend. The move away from purgatory and fake friends(ESPN) was the right move, and something I had advocated since 2016.
 
I don't really get the struggles of Providence. Most of the time when I watch them I think, how aren't they winning comfortably? They have the best guard and best big on the floor.

So mostly I think we will lose to both while Bouk is out.
 
After watching Providence against them, they could not handle physical play in the paint. They are small.

I just want us to pound them on the inside relentlessly with our bigs.

Our bigs are big but they are not adept at scoring as a primary option. I don’t know if that is a sustainable scoring production strategy for 40 minutes. They should be able to keep them out of the paint and win the glass, though. Creighton will extend the floor on them and force the bigs out to the wings to contest 3s to create space.

I saw the game. Creghton at #11 is not very firm. I hope they don't have season sweep on their mind, don't want back to back losses, and come out playing with something to prove. They're home again too. I hope we come out and win. We need a W against a ranked team.

A loss seems to knock a team back about 9-10 in Net...Creighton from #20 to #29.

It’s a little bit different these days compared to when it being my wife’s weekend on meant I could do whatever all day as long as I was back by 5 to wake her up and make her dinner and do whatever I wanted all night as long as breakfast was ready at 8 when she came home. Still it’s own sense of freedom to put the little one down at 7:30 and have a couple cold ones and watch whatever I feel like on TV.

If they go 4-23 from 3 again, sure. However, not sure how likely it is a team that was shooting 40% from 3 shoots 17% back to back games.
 
Creighton is coming off 2 losses and we will be playing on their home court without our best player. Doomed for sure
