Reviving this - pulled up the upcoming MBB schedule and a lot of games will be on FS1, which I don’t think I can watch without getting the channel on cable. I’m guessing I may need to watch on trial on my computer - while I’m “working”.

Let me know if I missed any better methods of watching these games!

YouTube TV is great for college sports fans. It gives you access to all the conference networks (ACC, SEC, B10) plus FS1, FS2, CBSSN, etc., though the cons are no MSG/SNY/YES/NESSN for Knicks/Mets/Yankees/Red Sox fans in the tri-state area, however.

I echo the support of Hulu Live. They bump the price up $5 like every six months but whenever I look at the alternatives it's still the best bang for your buck. The ESPN+ bundle is huge, I rarely find a game I can't watch but we'll see how that changes with Peacock getting in the mix

FUBO has the most sports including NESN and is basically the same price as UTube.
Fubo appears to be the same price as Youtube, until they tack on the RSN fees at the end of signup. But it definitely has the best sports.

If you’ve never applied for a YTTV membership, I believe they do some promo, perhaps as long as a month. Then you’re looking at $75 x 4 months or 2 bar tabs for a noon game on Saturday.

I have Hulu Live TV and it gets FS1 so I haven’t missed a game even living in PA. Hulu Live also has a bundle with ESPN+ for like $100/month. I can watch Husky football, hockey or whatever.
The Hulu live bundle, which includes Fox, CBS, ESPNs, FS1 and FS2, CBSSN, SNY (women's basketball games) and ESPN+ is $82.

That gives me all of men's basketball, all of women's basketball, all football, all hockey and a lot of baseball games for UConn. It's a good deal.

(Plus you get all the regular channels, and Disney+.)

Thanks for all the advice. I think I’ll experiment with the Fox free trial for the early games and go from there. We have basic cable as well asa regular Hulu and ESPN+ and am thinking that most likely I’d go full Hulu (live) with ESPN. For the tourney last year I had Max which was great but if I go with Hulu live TV or YTTV, I’d just stay on it.

Last season, I got everything down here in Florida except SNY and many of those games were picked up by ESPN.
Now I'm trying to figure out how I can add Peacock cheaply.

You’re right, I think I have HBO Max added on to bring it to $100.

They had a ridiculously cheap price, like $20 for the whole year just before the Olympics. When I went to pull the trigger on it, you could no longer get it, even though it was still being advertised. I'm hoping that we have minimal games that are just on Peacock. It really sucks as a platform.

Unfortunately, I think you are off cycle for deals. Perhaps the play is to join monthly until they have a big sale again. It's usually before the Premier League get started.
I think we play on Peacock 3 times in 2 months. Get a free trial for the first game. Cancel. Then do a one month subscription for the last 2 games which are less than a month apart. Only paying a few bucks total.

FWIW, if you have an AMEX card and thinking of Fubu; they have a $30 off for the 1st 3 months deal going.

Half of the BET will be on Peacock this year, also.
