My high school bio teacher had it. It's a condition where your body attacks its own hair/follicles. It started regressing while I was in his class though so I guess there is some kind of medication or treatment for it.

But yeah he's gotta shave it or something. Dunno how dude can leave his house looking like that every morning and take himself even somewhat seriously

All I know is, I'm glad he outcoached HIMSELF when UCONN was showing complete impotence in attacking the PC zone late in the game, and he switched to Man just in time to free up Calhoun for the big 3 at the end.
