Just silly how consistent we are. A testament to our coaches and generations of players.

Wouldn't the all time and current streaks for UConn be the same?

Obviously it would be a much shorter list, but I wonder after Uconn's 14 straight Final Fours, how much of a drop-off there would be to the next longest streaks for that threshold?

In terms of all-time (not necessarily current):

UConn 14

UConn 5

LSU 5

Stanford 5

Notre Dame 5

Maya was at the game last night. That streak of 14 started in her freshman year.

As with the round of 32 streaks, all-time streaks which started before 1994 are diminished somewhat by first round byes for the likes of Tennessee and Louisiana Tech. E.g. Tennessee won 42 games to amass a 27-year streak of Sweet 16's, quite a bit less than Connecticut's 58.

Ssshhh, don't tell the Tennessee fans about this, they already are cranky enough.

UConn owns so many streak records, all others pale in comparison....not to mention NCs, but Pat S. definitely shows her strength with 8 at Tenn.

There's a problem with these lists. In the CURRENT list, the top 3 totals are off by one -- e.g. the numbers between 1994 and 2023 inclusive are 30, not 29
Are you accounting for the 2020 Tourney being cancelled?

Uconn women's basketball , may have 12 record streaks that will never be broken.
A record is meant to be beaten, one day perhaps in 100 years and none of us wille see it, a team wins 5, 6, 7 8, 9, 10 National champioships in a row
Look, at Nika, this year she broke 2 UCONN records, one that standed for long
Records are always to be broken
