Why Curt Miller has AThomas on the floor for that offensive possession baffles me. Offensive defensive substitutions to get your best free throw shooters onto the floor.

Sun thwarts a late come back attempt, holds on 77-74. 4 straight wins for them I think. They are streaking after a poor start.

2 gut check games in a row they win despite sub-par shooting. I also questioned AT on the floor on the possession where she missed 2 free throws. To make matters worse they actually passed it to her!

The quandary for Coach Curt is that AT is just so damned good at both ends. The offense is better with her on the floor, the D is better with her there AND she has a tendency to make winning basketball/hustle plays ala Marcus Smart of the Celts.
