BC has lost a total of 63 games over the last three seasons, culminating in this season's record of 24 losses. Truly a Rutgers-esq performance. It is not inconceivable that within the next 5-10 years that BC could make a serious run at an NIT appearance.

They were picked something like 5th in the ACC this year. That is just awful.

Player transfers too?
Yup. Donahue will probably get fired also. Nice hire by the Flipper. Actually his football head coach hire didn't work out so well either. No wonder why he "retired".

Sources with knowledge of the situation have indicated that the 6-foot-4-inch Hanlan will explore the possibility of leaving school early for the NBA. If he doesn’t sign with an agent, however, he would retain his eligibility.

And the departure of BC’s scoring leader (18.6 points per game) could trigger an exodus of several other players — including 6-2 sophomore guard Joe Rahon, a native of San Diego who averaged 9.0 points, and 6-8 junior forward Ryan Anderson, of Long Beach, Calif., who averaged 14.3 points and 7.1 rebounds — according to other team sources. Those sources indicated both Rahon and Anderson may be considering transferring to West Coast schools.

If Hanlan were to leave early, it would leave fourth-year coach Steve Donahue heading into the final year of his five-year contract needing to replace his top three scorers and top rebounder from this season.

What outstanding fan support! Witness these attendance figures for 5 of their ACC home games:

Georgia Tech 1,789
Florida State 2,273
Virginia Tech 2,964
Pittsburgh 3,329
Maryland 3,516

Combine all 5 and you're still 2,400 short of what we drew against Cincy and also against Memphis. I guess if we add in Florida Atlantic (1,653) and Sacred Heart (2,149) they did top one of our XL sellouts.

Could not happen to a more ethically challenged bunch of Jesuits.

If my team was that bad I might hope everybody transferred. Heck, you could probably pick 5 guys off the floor of Maryann's and win 4 games...

I hate BC as much as the next guy, but we escaped with a W against them earlier this year. Thank you Boatright.

The most irrelevant program in college sports and they somehow kept us out of ACC - unbelievable. They are only good at one sport - hockey, and they don't even play hockey in ACC.
