I have no idea how they managed to win. Coach and players alike, they did everything they could to lose that game in regulation. Up 9 with about 5 to go, and Johnson dominating inside, Weber took him out. The team then proceeded to shoot as quickly as possible on each of the next 4 possessions. Ended up winning it in OT, but the way they played the last few minutes of regulation, they were really lucky to get to OT.

Very true...of course, Kansas' talent had a lot to do with closing that gap as well. The Octagon is a tough place to play though. I have rooted for K State against most opponents since I trained at Fort Riley (14 miles away from Manhattan) for almost 3 months before my first tour in Afghanistan. Of course, I also cheered for Curtis Kelly when he was there.
