I'm sure Maddy will have her hands full playing the Huskies at the XL Center in a few weeks, but I'm excited that I'll be there to see it. I recall last season Geno used Aaliyah quite effectively on defense on Maddy in the rematch.

I stand corrected. She is on the list I was looking at. She's projected at #6 in the first round.

In Nov ESPN didn't have her listed in the first round. IMO, she's better than some of these ESPN projections.

Monty Stickles - former NFL tight end for the San Fransisco 49er's and New Orleans Saints

Wes Bialosuknia - basketball, UConn star and played in the old ABA.

Rebecca Lobo '95 is 8th with 1,232 for a 17.9 average, Nykesha Sales '98 is T11th with 1,175 and Kerry Bascom '89 is 16th with 1,128.

Conspicuous by their absence are all the Huskies greats who played all or many of their games during the AAC years.

It seems Maddy will easily move into second place in her next couple of Big East games. Catching Behn seems likely, too, with 14 more Big East games to come, unless Maddy gets hurt or opponents suddenly figure out how to dramatically slow her production. Could be the Huskies' Feb. 18 date at Villanova might about when Siegrist ascends to the top spot?

A question: anyone here remember Behn? I admit I don't, and likely never saw her play.

Sarah Behn was good. But as you mentioned a few UConn players, like most notably Brianna Stewart, Lou #1, etc would’ve eaten up the BE as much as the AAC and would be up the list. Still a nice list.
