Conference Salary Poll for the P5

I did an analysis of the high, low and average salaries for the P5 schools. Answer will be posted at 10 PM tonight. The order will definitely surprise some, if not most.

Well I gotta figure Pac 12 is last. Would expect SEC and Big 10 to be the top 2, although maybe ACC sneaks ahead of one of them? Would be really surprised if the Big 12 is ahead of anybody other than the Pac 12.

I voted D.... but I would have voted for a order that wasnt listed.... SEC, Big 10, ACC, Big 12, Pac 12. But I know I'm wrong..... I would change my vote... but I won't.

I think it's either ACC or SEC in first. With Vic and Kim in B12, it may be 3rd now.

Now that I think about it.... seems like the Big 12 might take the lead now... since its just 10 schools. You dont have bottom feeders to drag down the average.

And the correct order is F- ACC; SEC; BIGTEN; BIG 12 and PAC12. And for @Zanzman the average P5 salary is $747K as shown below.

A couple of qualifiers-The ACC is missing 4 Coaches from Private Schools-BC, WF, GT and Pitt all of which I suspect would bring their average down below the SEC.

One correction..... GT is actually Public... just a smaller public school than most in the "P5" Im not sure about Pitt..... but I think its Public too.

I bet Pitt is near the bottom.. probably the lowest in terms of Salary. GT shouldnt be at the bottom... probably middle of the road I would guess.
