So the American is pushing this concept of P6, and they're not even in it?! KenPom also has the AAC as seventh in football this past season.

Idk how closely you or anyone on here watched the CFP semi-fina, but the American ran a 30 second spot about it being a power conference and they had at least 2 UConn clips in there from the Final 4 / Championship in 2014.

The fact that they are still using that in their marketing when we bolted the first chance we got says everything we need to know about the state of the AAC….

Most major news outlets are projecting the BE as a 6 or 7 bid conference. I understand the top 3 conferences on this list are all solid, but the Big East continues to not get the respect it deserves. Also, if you look at some of the OOC wins the BE has this year, we rank right up there with anyone.

it was always cringeworthy but i'd be surprised if they kept that up next year once they have to replace ucf, cincy, and houston w/ (insert schools no one has heard of)
