I think he narrowed his choices down to UConn and Syracuse because those were the only two schools to consider him playing QB

Sometimes you get some great talent that way. The reason we got Donald Brown was because we were willing to let him play at the RB position. Everyone else, Iowa etc... Wanted him to play defensive back so he took a pass. If this works out half as good as DB did, were in good shape!!

I saw him run for 380 yards as a freshman. In one game. Unbelievable.

NICE ! This is going to have a nice effect in several areas. Hopefully a few he has camped with the last couple of years may follow suit. He turned down a good number of quality programs to come here.
Southington is a great football town, this will surely add fannies in the seats. I know of a group that had a block of seats to share, given up a couple of years ago. Come on back boys, times are changing!

This coming from the guy that thinks we shouldn't recruit him because he's a skill player form CT. Either way, you have a deal, so long as if he does start, you don't claim that it's only because he's from CT.
