I had bad info.

First off, welcome to Chris Lee. With fear of potentially derailing this thread, I noticed that Des referred to Chris Lee as commit #12. Unless someone decommitted, it appears that William Richardson's commit isn't 100% confirmed yet. That or either Des mistweeted.

This class, if nothing else, is without a doubt going to be the biggest physical group of raw materials I think I've ever seen come to UCONN. The majority seem to be at least dual, if no multiple sport athletes, so that means they have at least some level of signficiant athletic inate ability. If they can actually run, and have decent speed too?

A discussion for a different thread, but William Richardson isn't commit #12. Here's what Des had to say about it.

Desmond Conner @desmondconner · 5m
@rcorliss interest high on both sides I believe but logjam at that particular position have to see how shakes out but not No.12

No doubt he is an OT. Recruiting competition w/ other TE shouldn't be part of any discussion. The other potential TE recruits, Hartwick and Campbell, are starting in the 220-230 range and will likely bulk up to 250. Lee is starting in the 250-260 range and will hopefully be a 300+ pound monster.

Several guys on the TOS commit list are not listed in their projected position. That always bothers me .

Welcome to the Dog Pound, Chris!!!

I'm thrilled with this class so far. I'm sure some of these players are going to end up on the offensive line. Now if I start seeing speed at key positions going forward, I may not be able to contain myself.

Des went to Syracuse, they teach "new" math there.

This quote makes me VERY happy: "From what we've seen out of Diaco thus far in the Class of '15 this is par for the course. They are beating other schools the punch with scholarship offers, going after smart players with prototypical size, and earning commitments based on the quality of the school and sincerity of the coaching staff."

Eric Fisher was 6'7'' 265 out of high school and Cummings helped him become the #1 pick in the draft.

BTW i'm a little surprised Boland hasn't been switched to OL or DL.
