What coaching adjustment needs to be made to make sure we avoid the common "letdown" from the locker room?

I believe we need to full court press at every opportunity. Against a team like Arkansas the best defense for pressure is to model them. We need to make a concerted effort to play through the bigs which will allow the perimeter game to open up. The best line-up for this is Anderson, Gilbert, Adams, Cobb (if healthy), Larrier. We shouldn't have problems scoring in an open game so the scrappy guys such as Polley and Whaley should thrive in a game like todays.

Let's go Uconn ! This might be the biggest game of the year when being judged between teams ranked 30-40 all year. Let's get this!

Solution in the past was to start game cold and have big deficit to make up. We’re making progress.

"Letdown" implies we had any energy in the first place.

This was a total no-show from the opening tip. Completely inexcusable and unacceptable, though at this point not surprising from a KO team.

It just dawned on me, our perimeter defenders still still Brimah is back their to clean up there mess, I realized it on Ark's last possession Adams was overplaying the guy and basically forced him baseline as if a shot blocker would be coming over to throw or change whatever shot was going up. This has happened a bunch during the 1st half, not to mention being out hustled and out worked for rebounds all half. Also we can't be trading making 1 of 2 free throws for a 3 like we did for half the 1st half and expect to get back into this game.

Throw the trampoline guys in UConn shirts and get 'em on the court

I looked at the box score and recently and was shocked by the zero team blocks. As much as I thought Brimah focused too much on blocking shots, it's glaringly obvious we need a rim protector, especially with a smaller, guard oriented team.

First posession- toss it away. Amazing.

You don't need to block shots to protect the rim, you can get by with a sturdy, high-IQ player who understands positioning and verticality, but we don't have that either. Brimah was actually a horrible defender in the post because he lacked those things.
