Cavanaugh isn’t concerned about the size of the new hockey arena. Said he expects it to built to the same standard as Shenkman, Werth.

This is not a save Hartford issue. This is a UConn/Connecticut has zero dollars issue.

It’s more likely it never gets built than it gets built bigger by a factor of about 5,000.
