Was moving to the Pac 12 before playing us. We own the Pac 12 (just the UCLA '95 game is an exception).

Arizona = Owned several times (including '11 regional final)
Stanford = Owned several times (including '03 Round of 32)
Cal = Owned a couple times (including second round in '90)
Washington = Heh, heh
Arizona State = We destroyed them once.

Washington State and the Oregons have done a good job avoiding us.

I think that makes it about even. The UCLA game still haunts me, seeing this record and Ray's 2 NBA championships make up for it.

How do you omit Arizona State beating us in the first round of the NIT last year?

List wasn't meant to be totally comprehensive, but I wouldn't have counted it anyway. Last year's team in a consolation tourney w/o Boat? Might as well have been an exhibition game.

I don't think any of those Pac 12 teams had guards that could D up and impose their will on their opponent. Maybe the Stanford kid from the last few years - Boatwright's contemporary. Repeatedly, these games do have a comparable theme. We wear down their ballhandling. Turnovers aplenty.

Colorado's big mistake was being up 9 at the half. Don't you forget it.

Not Tyus Edney. Toby Bailey had a game not matched before or after by him.

Hahaha I was actually talking about Tyus's full court dash with about three sec left to win the game before. Mizzou decided not to stop the ball, and thus sealed our doom. We would have handled mizzou.

Yeah, they had a pair of 6'10" twins (can't remember their names) who decided to play swinging doors in the lane giving Edney an easy layup.

And it was two games earlier (2nd round).

Good correction. Everything kinda runs together, except for the play itself.... Which is permanently etched in my brain.
