Laska plays great against all teams not named UConn. She's a good shooter and will probably play at the next level if she's interested.

Laska plays great against all teams not named UConn. She's a good shooter and will probably play at the next level if she's interested.

Well, she doesn't rebound, doesn't pass, doesn't defend. I snickered when the ESPN announcer implored her to start doing other things to help USF against UConn when she was being held in check. She's been a very good three point shooter but her shot selection has always been iffy at best. She's very much a chucker. When she's hot and making shots she's an effective scorer no doubt but, again, she's a career 40% shooter from the field.

It kinda amazes me that Kelsey Mitchell catches so much grief here for her similarities to Laksa despite being a much better player.
