It already has a cap - $20.5M per team for players.

You can't put a cap on NIL just like you can't put a cap on how much someone wants to pay LeBron for a commercial or endorsements.

No, but you can define and regulate what NIL really is, cap what the schools can directly provide, and restrict schools from any involvement in 3rd party NIL deals.

Totally agree with this. NIL should not be part of a recruiting pitch.
