I think this probably got answered in one of the Blaney threads after he announced his retirement, but would someone mind breaking down the current coaching staff, and their positions/roles? I'm never sure as part of the staff who can work with the players, talk to recruits, etc.
Just read an article about Ray being a high priority for the Heat to resign this summer, but they also mentioned the possibility of him retiring after getting the 2nd ring (i don't see this happening). Always thought Ray would compliment KO perfectly on the staff. If a recruit can't get motivated by these 2 guys than he mine as well take up something less strenuous like basket weaving.
