So what you characterize as hand-to-hand combat I characterized as amazing defense to be admired and celebrated. At the same time I do condemn thuggery and hand to hand combat. Whether it's Arike tripping Crystal or Kermit Washington punching Rudy Tomjanovich or the Brittney Griner sucker punch as a freshman these are all clear examples of thuggery and combat that have no place in the game and are to be condemned.
