I think this has the potential to be a very good hire. If we can have 10 straight winning seasons and be talked about as a potential playoff team sometimes that will be pretty sweet even if we never actually get selected.

I like this post but full disclosure, I think this NCAAF Nation posts all good about everyone. It had a similar post about UMass, and pretty much every other football program, that they had their BEST RECRUITING CLASS EVER. I'm all for thinking positive so it's all good.
I'm thinking that Jason Candle is going to help UConn. I believe that next year we might regress a bit (maybe 6 to 8 wins), but if the team is a team united by the first game - we might have another 9 win season.
