IIRC.. Kimani was the lead recruiter on Castle.. And I'm sure he wanted to stay and enjoy SC's evolution in Storrs if at all possible.. Hopefully he gets a bump in pay from "investments in the Program" per Dave B and can hold off just a little bit longer on the next move.
