Penn needs some votes. Not enough to be ranked but they are a solid team. We shall see how they do in the Ivy league in a couple of weeks.

Stanford still gets 2 votes for No 1 while Texas gets 10 points total? That old west coast bias is rearing it's head again. :)

How does Oregon St get 3 votes for No 1 and yet have their Hi/Lo be 3/6?

Edit: Oops - Maybe the Hi/Lo is their range for the season and not this weeks' voting. Love when I answer my own question.

West coast bias? I thought it was an eastern bias.

Oregon State gets 4 #1 vote, not 3.
The Hi/Lo is their range for this week not for season, otherwise Baylor should have #1 Hi/Lo.

Arizona is above Arizona State. When did that last happen, other than this year?

In the AP poll, last time was Dec. 6, 2004: Arizona was #24, Arizona State unranked. It occurred multiple times before that as well.

Arizona's highest ever AP ranking was #7 in January 1998, when Adia Barnes was a senior. That year the Wildcats earned a #3 seed and lost in the Sweet 16 to UConn.
