Here's an oddity. Last week Louisville and Notre Dame were tied in this poll.

Since then Louisville has won @ Virginia by 22 (71-49) and beat BC by 36 (87-51).

Notre Dame beat Duke by 28 (89-61) and won @Syracuse by 30 (98-68).

But the coaches now have Louisville over Notre Dame by 21 poll points.

I wonder one of the coaches is from Duke or Syracuse?:)

I mean, I love the Husky's. But why is Louisville #3 behind UConn?

Probably because they lost more recently.
Just sillysilly. By the end of the season both UL and ND's RPI's will be higher. If UL beats ND in the championships then some of those guys will have to see reason. But you know, with a good shooting Lou, CD and CW, I'll take my chances at the GetDown.

Mil. The Jordan Brand is just 2 months away. Still on the fence or are you on board?

Depends totally on the date. I’ll be in Palm Springs and Amsterdam part of the month. I think I can do the weekends of April 13 and 20. Do we have a date yet?

You have the LVs on your mind? UT??

Not yet. They tend to drop the date some time in late March.

The Final Four is late this year. I believe that the Jordan game was the following weekend last year. That would mean April 13 this year. I doubt it would conflict with the Final Four or be as late as April 27. So, the chances are good I can make it. Are we SURE there is a Jordan Brand game this year?

Well, as sure as I was last year. There's one every year, you know, partnered with the men's game. They never announce the thing until late, and then soon after tickets go on sale. I'll keep you posted for certain.

Common foe U CONN smoked ND at ND, Louisville 2ND loss to Miami
Yes, well Louisville still beat UConn. Pollsters have to know UConn won at ND with big contributions from CW who hasn't played that way since. Also the MOV of the loss to Louisville was deceiving. It wasn't as close as the score indicates. The pollsters also have to take into account that Mabrey had just returned to action and was well off of her game in ND's loss. Again, I'll take my chances with UConn when CW, Lou, Pheesa and CD are on their game on a neutral court against any team, especially at the Cotillion. But not at this time.

Poor Notre Dame, damned if you do and damned if you don't. Can't catch a break. I feel your pain! ;). I will add, though, that you probably have a point.

Facts The loss to Louisville was there and it was closer than the ND game, your 2ND point I agree there is no lock.
