I've said it before - I would pay good money to sit @ Geno's kitchen table (or in his wine cellar) w/ him, Diaco, Ollie and Penders for a few hours and just shoot the crap.

That would be a great time! The way that Geno interacts with both Ollie and now Diaco, I'll bet that these coaching changes are revitalizing Geno and his interest in continuing his coaching at UConn.
